We know you're busy people, but would you like to contribute to an even better GOG? How about taking 5 minutes of your time to make the GOG experience an outstanding one?

Our main goal when designing GOG.com was to create the best user experience in digital distribution ever. Many say we're doing it right, but we want to get even better, that's why we're launching a survey that will help us lead GOG in the way you'd like it to go. Taking part in it isn't required of course, but if you want to have your share in making GOG the best digital distribution service there is (or at least even better than it is right now) and maybe win a free game, devote few minutes of your time to answer couple questions we've prepared. From all users who will take part in the survey, we'll randomly choose 20 who will receive a free GOG game of their choice. Grab a pencil... er, a keyboards in your hands and answer the below questions for a better future for all of us :)

The survey ends on Thursday, October 27 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
I have always supported GOG and CDProjekt. Companies like you NEED to succeed, whether gamers realize it or not.

I went out of my way to buy The Witcher 1 twice when the enhanced edition content was released for free, because I was so impressed.

I speak nothing but the highest praises for you guys whenver I get the chance. I will be here to vote with my wallet and support you guys as long as you are in business!

Thank you for understanding your customers, and for being a fair and trustworthy company to deal with.

'Tis unfortunate that it only let us select up to "30+" for how many games have been purchased from GOG.com. I started here in the beta, and have purchased 94 games so far....
My biggest incentive to buy a game is:
1) will it run in wine
Most of the games I have run somehow in wine.
or:
2) Is there an open source engine, and hence will it work on my openpandora some day.
Scummvm is a good example of that, but freespace is also a good example.

So I would actually like to have a meta info tab on the games: things like engine, or a link to the winehq appdb, or links to implementations of open source engines.
As a download manager, I would actually like a PlayOnLinux plugin that will download from gog and use the pol installer.
As you can see on: http://www.humblebundle.com/ the gaming market for Mac is as big as the gaming market for Linux, and together they take > 25% of the pie. If it works in wine, it will probably work in Mac, as well as in Linux.
So giving them some helping pointers is always good ;-).
Done with the survey. ;)
There needed to be a few options on the survey.

1) for US customers on currency, as they shouldn't have a say on foreign currencies.

2) multiple options for payment systems, as some may want Discover, Pre paid cards, and other options.

Thanks again for listening to your customers.

Also price ranges would be better on 1-3 year old games and "new" games.

I suggested $19.99 - $29.99 on 1 - 3 year old games and I suggest $39.99 - $49.99 for new games.

I suggested just to keep the prices about the same as Steam or Impulse. Knowing your game will work on later OS's and have no DRM put that price way in GOG's favor.
I completed mine, although I highly doubt every single one will be read.

Possibility to download game + all bonus in single package rather than all of them individually.

I never saw anything so beautiful as this...This is like I'm waking up to a new dawn; to the first dawn of all gaming goodness no less...I am oh so amazed...Truly people check out that link..I didn't regret it =)
Thanks Spindown, I don't know how I could have missed this! ;-D
I think GOG is doing an admirable job overall, including rolling out a continual stream of decent games, and a fairly good job promoting the games via competitions and so on. Keep up the great work, you are doing fine!
Now, the hardest decision is... what do I select for my free game? ;)
I keep getting an error message when I submit my survey (maybe due to using a no-scripting plugin in Chrome?), but I wanted to make sure someone there sees at least the comment I tried to put into the "anything else" text box:

You are doing God's work. I actually wrote a blog post way back in 2004 suggesting that there was an unserved market for older games just waiting for someone to make money from, while simultaneously helping to preserve the history of video games as an art form: http://salvius23.blogspot.com/2004/08/on-emus.html
I would be very happy if a few years old games turned up in the gog choice, but then I would be the happiest if the Halo 1 and 2 appeared in the list at last. So Let's go gog.com. A few months ago you promised some microsoft games... I hope you thought these games:)
I would be nice to know some (of course not all) results of the survey after it's finished. I really would like to know whether GOG's customers rather have a better search function, a shareable wishlist or a most wanted list? Any possibility that GOG will reveal this info?
