Late last night, Dune 2000 at last (all three campaigns at the hardest difficulty).
It took me quite a few weeks (months) to finally beat it, probably because I suffer from a perfection disease where I don't want to lose even one building to the enemy, sometimes not even one (mechanical) unit etc. So lots and lots of reloading of save games, many times restarting the whole mission because I felt I had built the home base wrong etc.
This was actually the first time I have completed Dune 2000 even though I've had it for so many years. Even though it felt quite a bit different RTS from its predecessor, in general this was quite a good remake beating the original Dune 2, especially nice was that this didn't suffer from the "too many units on the level at the same time" bug that could make many later Dune 2 missions unplayable, having to restart the mission. The only thing I missed in this version was the context-sensitivive music of the original, ie. separate combat music etc.
Next... either complete KKND and Warcraft 2 BNE, or try if Dark Reign 1-2 (from GOG) are any good... For some reason I just can't get myself to continue Baldur's Gate, even though I should. I feel I could even replay Dune 2000 at some point, but I really should look into some unplayed/unfinished games.
Damn, now I got an urge to replay Starcraft and Age of Empires/Mythology series as well, as if I hadn't played them through enough many times already...
EDIT: Not to mention "Emperor: Battle of Dune" of course, which I completed in the past but it also left me with an urge to replay at some point. It's just another RTS game that left such a sweet aftertaste in my mouth.
