Hello everyone ... This is my introduction as well as a help question.
Nice to meet you all ... I have been reading through and seems like a great bunch of folks here. So Hello All !

I have purchased a game (Total Annihilation Commanders Pack) and it does not show up in "My Games" !

I have contacted COG through support and have not heard nothing from them. Been two business days.

Any help/ideas would be helpful.

Did you receive email with subject "This is your order summary (# ....)" ?
Did GOG charged your CC ?

We had some holidays in Poland last week, maybe support staff is snowed under support tickets...

I had a similar situation once and support told me to try opening https://www.gog.com/en/account/refresh and that solved the issue. Hope this helps

You may need to provide even more info. If you are trying to get a game purchased on a different account added to this account I dont see it happening.

I'm just surprised that COG has not responded yet.

I only have the few freebies that i collected here in "My Games".
I was considering purchasing Alan Wake, but I do not want that happen again !

I have to be honest .... being new here, I'm not too impressed with the support.
I went back through my paypal and provided the purchase number and all pertinent info. No matter what happen .... I wouldnt think it would be that hard to get it added to my account here (My Games) !

It claims that your account was created in Apr 2012, so is it possible that you are simply logged into the wrong account?
I'm confused ... your account is from Apr 2012, but you say you purchased the game in March of 2011? That's not possible unless you have a second account which the game is in ... or you wrote the wrong purchase date.

If it really has disappeared from your account, GOG support usually resolves these kinds of issues. Right now it is the middle of the night there, however bump the thread late at night US time and it will be on the front page and you can try PM a staff member.

In that case I think it likely that you made a second account accidentally and that's what you are logged into now rather than the account you bought TA with.

If you still have the confirmation email, it'll say "Hi *username*, ..." where the *username* is the one you used to buy it. Does it match?

You do still have the confirmation email, right? :p
Find an e-mail from GOG "This is your order summary (#...)" as tburger suggested. Embedded in that e-mail should be a line that states "Hi (user name), thanks for your order!" What is that user name?

Unfortunately that was a year ago. Usually I save those, but for some reason that one is MIA. But I do have the PayPal invoice. That should do the trick, one would think !

Merely mentioning the name of the Hatted One stirrs me from my slumber.

To the OP: sorry to hear that you're having troubles, but it definitely sounds like you are not logged into the account you bought the game with. I'd suggest dropping another note to Support and checking any other email addresses you may have to see if your account info and receipt are there.
