GameRager: U mad?
Uh, what?

Being surprised and amazed about a game like this showing up is being "mad"? I thought the IP holders would never allow the game on GOG.com.
In the April fools threads it was said about a new partnership, if it had been said it was Funbox, I would have thought it was a fools joke, If you'd turned round and said Lucas Arts I think the whole community would have though "yeah right" aswell. To announce any new partnership on april first I think would get that reaction.

Could have been good to announce as like a double bluff or whatever.

"We signed Funbox,.. no we didnt"
*alone comes tuesday
"Actually... YES WE DID"
No matter how hard I press my finger on the left mouse button with the cursor over it, the "add to cart" button just doesn't work. I tried punching it, stomping on it, threatening it verbally, pleading to it, feigning disinterest for all of ten seconds before rushing back, slamming my head into the button, placing a heavy book on the button and waiting patiently, and hitting the mouse button with a hammer. None of these methods work.

Normally, I'd just travel into the future, but the local grocery store banned me from using their freezer after finding little humor in my "Do not thaw until society no longer has a need for currency" sign, which was probably for the best, as with my luck that particular epoch likely wouldn't have very many goods left to trade!

Also, my flux capacitor is in the shop until insert release date for Guilty Gear X2 Reload here, and by then it'd likely be pointless...
Sweet always good to see a new publisher and what a bang to start with.
Oh wow Realms of the Haunting. Thanks for lightening up my day :)
GUILTY GEAR X2??? *faints*

Leroux: Searching the web I've found indications that Ian Stewart, one of the founders of Gremlin Interactive and apparantly behind Funbox, too, bought back his company and/or the rights of (some?) of its games from Infogrames/Atari in 2003. So Funbox *might* own the IP rights to more Gremlin Interactive games ...
Meaning: We'll have Lotus Trilogy!!!... No this is just Amiga.

Or maybe we'll get Desert Strike / Jungle Strike?!?.... Not bad...

But the idea of having Gauntlet I / II... Priceless...
Anyone know if the Guilty Gear X2 release supports controllers? Or any kind of peripheral besides keyboard?

That's a bit of a silly question. I'm sure that, being a fighting game released in 2006, there's little chance of it not having support for controllers. Even if it doesn't, that's what JoyToKey is for. ;)
I did not really expect to see Guilty Gear (big fan) game to be here on GoG but I welcome it just the same. One of my absolute favorite 2-D fighting games ever and I honestly think it supplant Street Fighter, imo.

Can't wait to scoop this one up.

Ky Kiske fan rep! :D

Well that's a relief, and seeing as how I haven't played sidescrollers since 1998 and haven't owned a USB controller like, ever, I'd say its not a silly question. I'm new to this whole console-to-PC gaming experience - barring 7th generation multi-platform releases and the odd emulator.
