Well, i bought the magazin and the info about how to get the game was inside.
So if they have only as many keys as print run there is possibility that someone, who paid for it, wont get the game ;/
I just hope that won't happend.
But probably this info is already spreaded on other forums.

If the CD key only comes with the magazine, then why are they putting the keys on their website instead of, you know, only in the magazine?

Yeah, that would restrict the keys to the people who paid for it. It's their fault for letting anyone get the keys. Or maybe that's what they wanted.

@vangorodon: you're right, it is on Steam forums too.
@Bolek: if they wanted to prevent situations like this, they should print the cdkeys on stickers and stick them on the dvd cases that come with the magazine, like one certain czech gamemag (SCORE) does. You are unable to see the key until you buy the magazine and look on the dvd case.

Hm... well, I got a key (at work right now, so can't test it), but I also tried to remove the name of the game from the URL, and ended up finding more keys.
Empire Earth, Escape from Paradise City, Ground Control 2, MX vs ATV Unleashed, Nexus - The Jupiter Incident and Tribes "Zemsta" (I suppose that means vengeance or something...?). Seems rather strange though.

On the topic of legitimacy, does anyone have any idea what could be the worst case legal implications, assuming it is, well, illegal? I've also registered it to my Steamy, but it just feels weird for them to give away a game like that, when there's no official announcement to it

worst case? you go to jail because you can't pay fines and the court has to pay 'em for you
