McDon: It'd be pretty crap to find out it isn't worth the €10 after buying it, that's why i'm asking for opinions first.
PenutBrittle: It certainly would, but every XBLA game is required to have a trial version, so I would give that a shot.
Me, I'm stuck waiting for the PC port myself so I can't really answer your question. It definitely looks good, and a lot of my friends enjoyed it (even those who really don't like Phil Fish).
I don't understand the backlash against Phil Fish, sure he said some pretty stupid things but wouldn't you if you're constantly under stress as seen in Indie Game: The Movie. He seems to have nothing but bad luck.
Btw, not ranting against you just the bad opinion against Phil Fish in general.
McDon: Having watched Indie Game: The Movie, I want to get Fez but is it as good as it looks and is the patch controversy as big a deal as it's made out to be.
Fictionvision: Fez was alright. If the price was higher than $10 I'd have probably skipped it and waited for a sale on 360. It was a fun experience from playing it, but not anything amazing.
As a puzzle platformer I liked Braid a bit more.
BTW, Fez is coming to PC at some point. So if you are on the fence you can wait it out for a sale on the game.
I've heard it's meant to be the worst of the three featured in Indie Game: The Movie, since I already have Super Meat Boy (brilliant game) I might get Braid and as you said, wait until a sale for Fez.
