For all those that are Father's or those that have Father's What was special today.
2nd Daughter and Wife Texted me Happy Father's Day first thing this morning.
Oldest Son gave me DAO: Awakening, Peanuts and a card
3rd Daughter gave me DQ Ice Cream Cake and a Chocolate and Almond Bar
Youngest two sons said Happy Fathers Day
Have not heard from my oldest yet.

this year the women in my country organized a national "women's jogging" day on fathers day.. WTF?!

It was not too unusual of a Father's Day for me. My 13yo daughter was with my 2nd (current) wife & I this weekend, the weather was great. The only part that *was* unusual was that its my first Father's Day with my new triplets...3 little girls, just about 6 months old now.
Thanks for asking, Lou. Hope you've heard from your oldest by the time you read my post.

No, they are of the grumpy feminist kind, which often goes hand in hand with hideousness :p no just kidding, i love feminists, but why the hell on fathers day!
Anyway, the german "Herrentag" sounds AWESOME!! packing a small wagon full with alcohol and meat, and walking around getting drunk! fantastic!
