Ok, so in the last two days I've had multiple things break. My DVD player will now only play discs that it wants to, a touchpad button on my laptop busted, a hinge on my front door failed, a bathroom door knob came apart in my hands, and to top it off my car needs a $600 dollar repair! Should have slept through the last few days...
Duct tape. Fixes everything.

Given the quality of Russian cars, that's quite likely.

So use duct tape and Saran wrap to contain any NBC agents entering the compound? Sounds plausible, but I'm surprised NBC hasn't had more to say about it this policy really. Must be the duct tape.

Whoever did so was a genius.
Technically, Saran Wrap & Duct Tape could feasibly limit the spread of NBC (Nuclear, Biological, Chemical) agents if used to seal ventilation entries, door and window joints, etc. Saran Wrap is too porous, however, to contain the more lethal varieties of Chemical weapons - now if you add charcoal filters to the mix you have a better chance of survival. The HS 'FAQ' on the subject is more like the 60's campaign telling people to curl into a ball under a desk/table in the event of a Nuclear strike by the Soviets - only good for psychological reassurance [for those who believe it], not good for actual prevention/survival.
NBC training in the military teaches you that the best bet is to find an unventilated room that can easily be sealed - even then, the chances of surviving an NBC attack without prior preparation/alertness is slim to none (especially considering the difficulty in determining whether an agent has been released in the case of B/C attacks - some can take long periods of time to make themselves known, and have an exposed life measured in months rather than seconds). The current Biological/Chemical compounds that are weaponized are pernicious and the military responds by responding to even "best guess" intel by going to a higher chemical alert level before the detection of actual contamination. (I will tell you, it sucks to be stuck in NBC gear in the middle east @ 120 degrees in the shade)
Going on a different topic than NBC attacks, duct tape DOES fix everything. A couple of years ago I let my sister drive my moped and she broke the indicator. Some duct tape (and soldering) fixed it!
Just a few days ago I was performing and I just got my guitar from repairs. They lowered the action on it and one of the strings kept getting stuck on one of the fret edges (don't ask me to explain it). Some duct tape on the fret edge and voila, fixed! They also didn't have a stand for a second microphone. Some duct tape... And there was the 2nd microphone, taped to the first one's stand!
Duct tape is awesome.

We were in Mopp4 gear all day today because the Iraqi's felt it would be good practice to blow up a 2ton Cl2 tank........120 in the shade heat cat 5...... Hell I think they launch Mortars just to make us all wear full battle rattle all damn day in this fadsilakj heat....

Yeah, they may not be the best in the world but they certainly know how to screw with the troops - course they probably have been trained by those who, by order of succession, were trained in psych ops by us to fight the Soviets in Afghanistan. Anyone who has worn full gear under MOPP 4 can attest to it, then of course you have the smoke markers that get launched sometimes and are close enough to a CBR round that it all gets hinky. At least the newer MOPP gear is a bit more 'comfortable' than the old charcoal suits (god those sucked, and underlying uniforms got covered in charcoal within seconds - never mind the hours that you have to spend geared up). The newer battle rattle setup is slightly more forgiving too, wearing an iron pot w/ kevlar lining in 120 temp is a little more annoying :)
