To be honest I felt Nintendo's really didn't kick in till the 3DS was shown. Zelda looks like a huge disappointment compared to what we were expecting and watching the designer of the game who just spent the first 5 mins talking about how easy it was having difficulty doing the most simple moves does not fill me with confidence.

Valve's E3 "surprise" is Portal 2 on the PS3 with Steam integration? This is ridiculous. While it would be a bit much to hope for an Episode 3 announcement, I was still expecting something of substance that players in general would care about.

Yeah, it's a cell phone, so you can text, and call, and etc.
But you're stuck in a two year contract and the phone isn't even that great. :/

Umm...that doesn't make so much sense, but okay.
In other news Nintendo easily had the most impressive press conference out of everyone. Navagon seems to have the right idea. Honestly, the only thing that they showed that I'm not at least a little bit interested in is that dancing game.
I'll be camping out for the 3DS at launch like I did for my Wii.

Correction, it WAS the best Zelda game, with majoras mask and link to the past close behind. To me at least. So POOOOOO.

I'm so happy I have my Gamecube Zelda collectors discs. The only think I am missing is Link to the Past obviously so I don't have to bother with that monstrosity Miyamoto was attempting to play.

Well I guess its interesting that they're adding steam to a console, if they do the same with with that steamplay thing where you buy one copy and get to play it on any platform then that'd be pretty sweet. Also highly unrealistic so I've got no hopes there

I'm just now watching the Nintendo conference...
Little Big Kirby looks cute.
And now that the graphics are only 5 years behind the curve, the games are starting to look okay.
And anything you can carry in your pocket that isn't a phone isn't something you should be carrying in your pocket.
Nintendo is awesome... but I'm all grown up now. Kids might love it... but I am clearly not their target demographic.

With the new 3D Nintendo portable thingamajig, you can use the camera to take 3D pictures of my mom. :-)
