The only thing I wish for, is one single freaking developer to show a game on a PC.
The games look TERRIBLE with the auto-aim shit on the consoles they're using. The guy presenting Dead Space 2 right now cannot even freaking aim at the enemies. Maybe thats his definition of horror game. :(

This is the only potential announcement I'm excited about.
I suspect that if a PC version is released, it'll come out some time later than the console versions, on account of the console publishing deal with EA. It doesn't matter much to me though, I'll be happy as long as a PC version is coming out at all.

Read something from the pc gaming alliance (I think) yesterday that explained some of the reasons why. E3 isn't really a hype event, its supposed to be a purchasing industry event designed to get retailers to commit to put boxes on shelves and since the PC has a lot less of a retail footprint than consoles, its not as cost effective to push it there.
That said I think its a pretty weak excuse given the REALITY that E3 really IS a hype event and the best place to get maximum publicity for the platform they claim to represent

Epic new trailer for TOR and it's playable tomorrow. Nice to see Hot Pursuit return as well.
Ubisoft is up next if anyone is interested link I hear they are going to roll out the new DRM butt-plug attachment.

TrackMania 2 (milked as 3 games?)
And the usual Ubi crap-tification process: Driver and Ghost Recon, worse, noobier and more consolized than ever.

I laughed my way through most of Ubisoft's show. Are they a bloody toy company now? Lazer Tag? Stress relief tools? Did we need ANOTHER Wiifit pretender?

Well, Kinect wasn't that different from Ubi.
Both pathetic and "for all the family, and fun!". And Nintendo has some toys like this, that "Wii vitality sensor" and other blah blah toys.
Let's see tomorrow, if Sony will follow or not.

Thats where the money lies. With family "gaming", not with hardcore / non-casual / serious gaming. :(

Ubisoft's presentation was epic. One of the best terrible presentations since Sony's E3 2005 PS3 reveal.

The advantage is that Kinect works with a heap of games, whereas these special peripherals are along the lines of Guitar Hero guitars--only used by one game series and otherwise a worthless hunk of plastic.

I know. But they don't cease to be pathetic/boring in the view of gamers, I'm not talking the casual gamer view on this.
Of course they are from 2 categories:
Ubi and Wii toys.
Kinect and Move toys.

It turns out that I am the only person alive who is not excited about the Old Republic MMO... As far as I am concerned, EvE is the only good MMO, Star Wars died when Jar Jar was born... That said, if it pushes WoW out of the way at least a little bit then maybe there is hope for other MMOs.
However, in regards to EA's E3 Press Event, I think the newly reborn Medal of Honor looks extremely promising (and is on PC) and Bulletstorm looks like 32 flavors of fun (and is on PC) and I have a soft spot for police chases, so the new Hot Pursuit will be bought by me (and is on PC) and though I never bought Dead Space, DS2 has a nice look (and is on PC).
On the other hand... EAs Sports titles are amazing, but as I am not a sports fan or sports game player, they don't interest me (and are not on PC).
What I thought was bad was Gun Club. Not that they have it... but they showcased it as if to say it represented some sort of innovation. It's nothing but a marketing tool, and surely we all see through that. I'll sign up for it if it gets me something that I might value, but please don't ask me to get excited about a glorified registration page.
Notice they did not brag about EA Sports Online Pass that tries to choke an extra 10 clams out of people for buying a used copy of a sports title. I wonder why they chose to downplay that new "innovation"?
I DVR'd the UbiSoft conference to watch later. I am not a fan of Ubi and I don't expect much from them... but I was surprised that for me there was more to like from EA than there was to dislike.

Maybe that Ubisoft presser would have made sense if I'd watched it high.
What the Hell was half of that? I have never seen someone happier to get to show a real game than Joel McHale was when Ghost Recon : Future Warrior was up. After a horrible 30 minutes of warmed over laser tag, that weird breathing exercise thing, that weird Shaun White Skateboarding event where you 'stick it to the man' by skating on corporate propaganda and bringing the world to life...here was SOMETHING THAT LOOKS LIKE A GAME.
Then the CEO gets all wet about how excited he is by Dust...and the proceed to show a trailer that tells absolutely nothing about the game. I don't even know what genre the damn thing is in!
And then they close it by announcing a Michael Jackson game, but don't show a single frame of the game...just 6 badly choreographed dancers on stage.
And I'm going to pimp my own material and share one of my Tweets :
