Soul Reaver probably deserves more love actually as its very, very good, maybe it was just on sale at an inconvenient time of day, as you say...

*edit* sorry, I didn't mean that in a 'shame you missed that game you wanted because its AWESOME - har har' kind of way, I sort of thought it could come across like that, reading it back :-) (it IS very good though!)

It's alright man, the game does look awesome, and I was waiting for a sale like this to come along so I can pick it up, but...ah well.

However, I couldn't help but laugh at the "Too bad you missed out 'cause it was goooooood,' bit.

Almost missed it as well, GOG was kind enough to proceed with my order after consideration, even though it was processed well after (about an hour) after the Deus Ex purchase I've made.
I love soul reaver, but I kinda also hoped for mdk or mdk2... Still need digital copies of these titles, and of soul reaver 2.

Indeed. I believe that the game was released in March 2001. Maybe the timelines were disrupted or something.

It was released on xbox in 2002. It's cheating, gog. Come back with dungeon siege, or some of this year's rpgs. Seriously, nwn, icewind 2, dungeon siege... and you cheat to present us with serious sam, sigh...
