IAmSinistar: This thread is to document the games offered in the DRM-Free Time Machine Sale.

1983: The Zork Anthology - $1.79 (70% off)
avatar
YellowAries: 1984: King's Quest - $0.00 (00% off)

^ Next ;)
$0.00 sounds okay; 00%, not so much.

I left it blank, but I just edited the price to a buck 79, that's my guess

The video implied that Ultima would be next, however. :) King's Quest should be after that, if the implications are accurate.
I want to see Jack Keane just to see it be downvoted into oblivion in 10 seconds.

King's Quest came before Ultima did ;)
1985 will be Ultima

Hmm, well, with several games in both series, they could pick from a number of years of they really wanted. :)

Probably the entire King's Quest saga, then the entire Ultima saga. You think?

Edit: Well we are about to find out x.x

The KQ games aren't normally sold as one big pack, so I expect it'll only be 1-3.

Why so unkind? :-P
Aww I was wrong!
1984 - Ultima 1-3
You should track how long each promo lasts as well. It'd be very interesting to see which games lasted longer than an hour and a half and which games lasted less...

Like I said, they have a lot of leeway with game sets, since they span a number of years. The video was fairly explicit that Zork-Ultima-King's Quest would be the initial run, so it's not really any cleverness on my part. :)

If you want to stopwatch it, I'll be glad to add the figures afterwards. :D

(Perhaps GOG can give us the final numbers from their end, assuming their system is capturing the actual spans.)
LOL poor Ultima gets super downvoted.. because everyone already has it?
The GOGmix of the sale is up now too.

EDIT: Good news, the ever vigilant mondo84 is actually tracking the times of each sale. So I'll be adding those to the master list as well.
