Looks like it's going to be headbutting from here on out for whatever the issue is they're having.
It seems to have started the moment their Origin thing got released. What exactly the problem is is hard to describe but supposedly it has something to do with delivery of DLC's.
Not that they weren't already kind of sticking it to Steam to begin with with DA2 when it only got released there one day after the whole 'Get ME2 with DA2 purchase now' promo ended.
I'm guessing they changed something fundamental in the way they want to connect people to their DLC when they relaunched their EADM to Origin and it's conflicting with Steam's wishes in that regard. I can see that possibly having been a conscious choice on EA's behalf. It's a good excuse to pull back your own games from your main competitor.
