Write ABSTAIN in this case.
If a Dogma has 4 NAYS it didn't pass so there is no need to vote for it.

Now every proposed Dogma has my vote.

We have some dogmas with four N votes - I guess it would be reasonable to remove them from the list.

Problem - when we were nine players, the percentage was 7-2 to pass DOGMA. Now with eight players, is that still seven or six to pass new DOGMA?

I'm tired so maybe I'm not thinking this through too clearly...

The percentage was 75%.
That soon changed to 60% or 6 are needed to vote YAY.
Now it's 5 YAYS for new Dogmas.
I'm not sure about old Dogmas (back when we were 9 players) that haven't been accepted or rejected before Misfire was cast out.

No, for 7 players: 5 people are needed to vote YAY so a new Dogma will pass.
If 3 players vote NAY then it doesn't pass.

Edited. 4 players are not enough, they represent only about 57%.
