Here's the toughest question a GOGer can ever face: if GOG were to offer you a choice of having a 90% discount on all games in their store, or bring 5 highly anticipated games to their store that will guarantee any GOGer to wet his/her pants ie. MUST BUY!!!!!, which would you choose?
-edit-
To make this dilemma even more challenging, you have to use the 5 games that you really want. For me, it'd be System Shock 2, Day of the Tentacle, X-Com, Full Throttle and Syndicate

I'd take 5 games from the wishlist top 25 (I know you can only see the top 10, but I'm confident the top 25 would still all be awesome.)
[EDIT] for argument's sake, say these five: Planescape: Torment, X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter, Dungeon Keeper, Day of the Tentacle, System Shock 2. Although I could have picked from endless numbers of games...

System Shock 2. (First one sucked.)
X-COM (none of that spinoff crap).
Grim Fandango.
Test Drive.
Morrowind (tee hee).
5 highly anticipated games, because I already have all the games I have interest in.
Yeah, I'm going for 5 highly anticipated games too. I've already bought more GOGs than I have been able to play, and GOG's prices are pretty low anyway so if I want something I don't really need any discounts.

I would take the five games as well. For me, this would be:

The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard
Planescape Torment
Anachronox
Psychonauts
Total Annihilation
Phew, difficult list! I could think of hundreds of other games, but gotta start somewhere...
I'd take the highly anticipated games, because they are games that I don't own anymore, but would like to. I already have pretty much everything I want that GOG has to offer.
Hehe, I'll join everybody else. GOG's prices are fine (except a few of the $9.99 games belong in the lower category, but that's the publisher's decision), and what they provide that nobody else does, is precisely the chance to legally own (and actually be able to play) some of the golden oldies that are no longer available anywhere else.
Dungeon Keeper
Sanitarium
Planescape: Torment
Monkey Island 1+2
Day Of The Tentacle

michaelleung: System Shock 2. (First one sucked.)

Woah, woah, woah...the first one most certainly did NOT suck. Just as good, if not better, than the sequel.
Surrreeee, it's not noob-friendly, but come on!
The games are so cheap already, that I'd rather have MOAR!
Which games I'm unsure about though. Maybe a collection of the early Wizardry, Ultima and Might & Magic games. Both Witchhavens would be cool as well. However one of the beauties of this site is finding games I've heard very little about, and being able to get a good look at them and such, so I wouldn't mind a surprise either (provided that it's within a genre of games that I like).
1. Planescape Torment
2. Majesty Gold
3. King's Quest Collection
4. Populous II
5. Emperor: Rise of the Middle Kingdom
There are probably more I haven't thought about.

Just so you don't get the wrong idea, this thread's about whether you'd like a discount, or have your 5 favourite games on it ;)
I would take paying $.60 or $1.00 for each game.
Even if I did not like a game all that much it would still be fun at that price, and we know GOG is always working hard at getting more games all the time. :o)

I'd take my 5 favorite games. After all, a discount alone doesn't mean anything if I don't want what's being sold.
I'm not exactly sure what I'd take.
I don't take any of the games here without any discounts already...I'm a pretty cheap guy, so $1 or less &c. sounds awesome and I'd go apeshit over everything.
But I'd also really like to see the Ultima Underworld games here, and just about every other cult game Warren Spector's had some minor hand on that I haven't been able to get near yet. I'm also a patient man.
I'd probably take the sale.
