As I'm sure we all hoped, unfortunately there's no info on how it will be delivered to those of us who already have the original game.

EDIT: That title was supposed to read "Deus Ex: HR Director's Cut" but it seems I was a bit too hasty in posting this.

Awesome. As much as I've had my issues with Human Revolution, it was still an amazing game. I was really sad that it was only supposed to get released on the Wii... thing, this is just fantastic news.
I am excited about it, and imagine it will be a paid DLC update. Though I hope it will be free.

It probably won't, but as far as I am concerned, wanting money for this much work is fair game.
You mean Deus Ex: HR: Director's Cut. ie. DX: HR: DC
This is some much needed good news after their announcement of 'the fail'.
Nice, hopefully it'll a steam update.
hopefully theyll fix the friggin savegame corruption problem so i can actually bloody play it!!!
It's gonna be a DLC; I can't see Square Eidos, in the current situation, giving away extra content for free.
Nice to see that some of the newer stuff from the Wii U version will make it to other versions. The only question I'm having is whether or not this stuff will be DLC or a free update.
Guys, don't be silly.

Squeenix is going to sell this for fifty bucks, those of us who bought the game are screwed. That's the Squeenix way!

Agreed, I don't see it being free or even DLC, it'll be a whole new version. There's a lot of dicking around to find out if you've got the missing link or not, and whether or not you'll get a discount if you've got the tracer tong mission and missing link already.

One thing about the article itself, what's with all the quotes? Does gamespot disagree that the boss battles were overhauled, that the game balanced was redefined and the AI was improved? Or does this "guy" just "enjoy" adding "quotes" to everything he "types"?

They are quoting a promise, the game isn't even out on Wii U yet so we don't know what they have actually done. I think it is fair enough.

In the context of video game coverage such mini-quotes are real statements from the person being quoted, even if it is just one word here or there. They generally don't apply the other use of single-word quotation marks (signifying something sarcastic/untrue) unless it is an opinion piece or the like.
I would guess it will be a normal priced game, like $29.99, but owners of the previous version will get a massive discount on Steam. Maybe making it like $10.

Just a guess.
