I think GOG removed the Upcoming list because it was never very accurate. Half the games they released never actually appeared on the upcoming list first. Although that's only a guess.

I don't know, I kinda like surprises.

Ditto with surprises. Is any dirt about this week's promo?

The reason was testing -- some games took days to get working, others months. They decided they'd rather surprise people than have them waiting in agony for potentially months at a time..:)
I like it, too.
As for a promo, no word, but I'm going to bet on one for shooters.

GOG affiliates know the promo. It's a good one.

Ah, so they didn't want to risk another Earth 2160. Makes sense.

I miss the list. It made me come here again and again. Now I'm beginning to forget the whole community and website.

The list was good when it had a good number of games on it, but I like the surprise releases as well.

Like Spellforce 2.

It was on the front page on a tab next to the new to the store list. The space for the tab is still there so perhaps we might see when gog signs a big publisher.

Better this way, more emotion on next releases ;D
