True. Press tiny button four times then press another tiny button seven times while pressing two other tiny buttons and wait for a --.----..-.-...- sequence of flashing digits. if it didn't flash in the correct sequence try again. Now press the first tiny button until you have the correct hour. Now do the same thing but in reverse for minutes.

Wow... what an active forum.. Thanks for all the thoughts.
I e mailed them on Tuesday. And again, yesterday. I was aware of the time frame difference, but I thought they might reply to the Tuesday request by now...
Checked the forums before I posted and found others with this issue. I've tried the suggestions I read, but no luck.
Having played this game many time... the disc version, I know I'm where I'm supposed to be..at the proper month. Neither Bootleg, Darkmoor or Blackshire work. I picked up Nickoli in Blackshire but didn't check the tents at that time. Now, none of the areas work. And he's home with Papa... so...
Installed the disc version and all is fine. I was just wondering why it wasn't working and if I could do anything to fix it since the GOG version handles Vista better than the disc version does....
PS... where are the GOG .. save games saved. I looked for, but can't find the usual game folders.
Thanks
