Wow, so much trolling in only one thread, congrats boys, you're amazing!! GOG's "classy community" was already falling apart, you're putting the last nail in the coffin, here.

And to think that Gamerager has been banned and slash11 is still here just makes me lose faith in Humanity.

How about we talk about the 2 nuclear bombs dropped on Japan?
Just for your information but Japan has already surrendered and they dropped the A-bomb afterwards.

RoyRodgers: Proof?
Alone that they dropped the nuclear bombs solely on civilian targets without any military purpose whatsoever should tell you the true story. How should Japan keep on a war when it is cut off by resources. The simple answer is they couldn't and they could only surrender.

There was a military purpose to that event. It was a show of American strength and ingenuity at the time. That doesn't excuse them from dropping the bombs on non-military targets, though. Two A-bombs, one country and 6 days after they were dropped the end of WW2.

Anyone who has a different opinion than you should be banned that's laughable...

without any purpose whatsoever... you really show that you don't know jackshit about what you're talking about. Hiroshima and Nagasaki were two very important military ports, with lots of heavy industries and chemical weapons crucial to the japanese war effort. Plus Hiroshima was the head quarters for the defense of the southern part of the japanese islands, the ones who would be invaded first by US troops if the war had to be brought to the japanese territory (they already had taken Okinawa). So, yes, Hiroshima and Nagasaki WERE major, strategic targets.

First, the americans had thought about nuking Kyoto, for the symbol (it's the cradle of the imperial dynasty) but one member of the decision team pressed the GHQ not to do so, as it would be not only slaughtering the population but also losing countless masterpieces of arts.

You don't have an opinion. You just repeat what the conspiracy theories have told you to believe. That's very very different. Plus a lot of what you wrote is borderline to negate the nazis war crimes and the Shoah and that's just unacceptable.

If you haven't read the very numerous books (historical ones, heh, not jewish-illuminati-from-hell ones) which studied in details all the crimes commited by the communist system all around the world, it's not my fault. But pretending there isn't any is a blatant lie.

Japan had no chance without controlling the sea.
Without resources you cannot produce simple logic and have to surrender.

You know that the USA did that to try to end the war quickly and avoid losing countless men, right? No doubt the USA would have won anyway, but without the bombs it would have taken months and claimed even more lives because the japanese wouldn't have surrendered.

So, yeah, nuking Hiroshima and Nagasaki was a tragedy and I do hope no other country will ever have to face a nuke bombing, but still it was not made just to "experiment" things. Oh, and it was also to scare the USSR, to prevent it to invade northern Japan and spread communism.

Fighting the Japanese was brutal. I have been indoctrinated on Marine Corps history and I can tell you, we did not want to fight them for the larger islands. Our island hopping campaign was "successful" at a horrible cost of life and Japanese soldiers would fight to the last man. Whether or not it was "right", we did it for a reason.

Yeah, the battles for Saipan, Iwo Jima and Okinawa were bloodbaths on both sides...
Enough Americans also believe in the official conspiracy theory of 9/11.
That some cave robbers managed to turn 3 buildings into rubble is the best story i have ever heard no doubt

I can understand believing in a conspiracy but when all you see is conpiracies, you lose credibility. Al Qaeda are a little more than cave robbers for one, and plenty of Americans don't buy the official story.

What conspriracy do you not believe? Are you involved with any intelligence communities? I am curious of your inside scoop.
