I would say no. 3 of those games are a part of this pack at $7.49. So I don't see how you could get $9.99 for each. Victoria II, Magicka and some other games ar in the $12.49 pack. These prices are insanely low, and I don't think you can trade any pradox titles and get something meaninfull while these promos are in place.
