You still own the retail copy, right? So I'm pretty sure you shouldn't be trading that. It's very name suggest it's *your* backup copy. Not an additional copy that can be given to someone else. I'm pretty sure the GOG com staff frown upon their games being traded off like this (it's akin to allowing someone else to log into your GOG account, etc.)

Sure, they don't really have a say in it when it's extra bundle keys and the like, but this is their turf, so... I don't know, you might just want to run that one by them.
