I'm trying to buy the new Eschalon games, but whenever I try to check out it takes me to a white screen with none of the options to pay or anything. I really want to get these games soon while they are on sale so I hope whatever this issue is fixed quick or I figure out its just somehow affecting me alone.

As far as I can tell, you made a successful purchase shortly after writing your post. Please let me know if you had to use a different browser in order to get around this issue. If so, please let me know what browser you were using when you experienced this issue.

my usual advice for browser problems
check no one else is haivng problems, try waiting a few mins to ensure its not problems there end, clearing your cache, exit and restart of browser, different browser, ultimately a restart of pc (in that order).
but this all seems a little useless given Firek's reply.

I used Internet Explorer to download the games since Goggle Chrome did not work. This is still strange since Chrome never did this before.

have you checked if your using a beta of chrome, or if there are any updates. i had some weirdness start when it updated but didn't auto update to the rushed out fix.
if you want me to shut up i will this isnt exactly my area not being staff and all...

Clicked on Check out put my info in and clicked on process. and nothing happens everything is whited out so i not sure if this takes awhile or what. first time using this site. if this is normal then fine any ideas when the process will be done so i can leave the page, or is this uncommen and stop trying to pay for the game.

Nope, shouldn't happen. It takes about two to five seconds to clear the charge, or at least that's how fast I see it. If you don't get a reply in your mail that you purchased a game, the sale probably didn't happen. Refresh and try again.

Ok its working now for some reason it wasnt going thro i refrested 2 more times and it went thro. thanks again
