Zabinatrix: The internet is steeped in such a deep sense of entitlement that pretty much anything looks bad, apparently :) People always feel that they deserve more. I think it would be very hard work to find a single weekend sale here without a least a few complaints from people who are oh so very disappointed.

Thanks GOG!

Although, it really disappoints me at the lack of Sierra ("point-and-click") promos. I can't complain too much because you gave us a free one last week, but it seems like some games always get left out and some have promos all the time.

Thanks anyways GOG for any promo, since you don't have to technically do them at all.

The prices are good, yes, but it's still a weak discount... Come on guys. A sale is a sale, and when other sales mean you save at least half, than a 30% isn't worthy of the title. Sale becomes "a bargain" of sorts, not "save some cents!" Nothing to do with being spoiled... And not necessarily a complain to Gog or anything like that. Specially considering the publisher we're talking about

All of you should really get Arcanum NOW. I mean, it's a steampunk themed game where your inteligence and charisma really affect the way you interact with other people. C'mon!!

To be honest, I don't understand you folks.

It is Activision, after all, and they could price their games like Ubisoft does. They do have games for $9.99 (mostly Sierra packs), but they have large amount of games priced $5.99.

And take Arcanum or VtM: Redemption into consideration - I was really surprised those games were released on GOG for just $5.99. I'd expect them to be priced $9.99, as they are not so old, and those are really big games.

So yeah, you'd probably get 50% off if they were priced $9.99. It would be $4.99 after discount. Now it's "only" 30% off, but you have to pay $4.19. You really should appreciate the fact.

Not to mention that Activision titles are available during weekend promos. You can't say that regarding every publisher.

All right, so someone sell me on the vampire game. I already owned Arcanum and just picked up the Krondor titles, so is this last one worth the buy?

I have all of these titles so nothing for me this weekend. Honestly, thats OK though as I don't want to really start anything before the The Witcher 2 on the 17th.
