I have no faith in this anymore :(

If it does come in, I reckon it'll be MA15+ ratings renamed to R18+ instead of a proper R18+ rating which will still have games banned anyway

Unfortuately it's worse. At the moment those games which would be 18+ are not even allowed in the country (though we just import them anyway, because fuck them).

I was worried a little about that, but I think that's only going to be the case in south australia. If that's what happens I'll be so pissed though. Back to game.co.uk for me! :)

Not really, the problem is that most 18+ games are allowed in but reclassified as 15+ when they shouldn't be but the massive lack of standardisation means we can't have fire in left 4 dead 2 or fatalities in mortal kombat but we can chainsaw people in half in gears of war.

The reason we import is because even with international postage the games are half price...
