bevinator: Arcanum is better than ToEE. Unless you desperately want to play a 3.5 D&D game by yourself, get Arcanum. It's not bad, exactly, but it's nowhere near as good as Arcanum.
And with this.. I don't want just ok-game. I want a bit better.

Arcanum if you like RPGs.

Also Fallout and Fallout 2, of course.

FraterPerdurabo: Soooooo... If I were you'd I'd get Arcanum. I know you said that you got the Fallouts. If you haven't played those yet then get off of the interwebs and start playing them now. When you're done, play Arcanum. Rinse and repeat.
I hear you.. Mostly that tex thing.. But also I should be playing not just paying. =) But if some game is good in that price range.. So that's why I asked the question.. (as in, is it worth it)

1)Atlantis lost tales : great adventure game but cant recommend it right now there seems to be problems with the gog version

2)last express :- good game if you haven't played. the difficulty can make people rage quit though
Last express could be good. That is one of those games that I really haven't heard of.

Arcanum sounds most promising.. But it really isn't so easy to decide. I even liked the first bloodrayne. But something new would be good of course.

what about that desperados-game?
Infact I know that the arx fatalis is good also.

If I would pay a couple of currency more.. Would commandos 2+3 make sense and does those have resolution issues nowadays? =)
