Section updated: Don't forget about your gamer friends that may not know GOG.com yet! Sadly, for the sake of unburdening what servers we have, we had to turn off the option for gifting free games. But you can always just let them know they can sign up with GOG.com and claim a free gift of Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics. On top of that, when they register to our service, they'll receive all the 12 free games we add to all the newly-created accounts. That way your friends will start their adventure with GOG.com with a collection of 15 great games total already on their virtual shelves! Be kind, share the good news! :-)

We'd also like to remind you, that all purchases on GOG.com are now covered with our new 30-day Worldwide Money Back Guarantee, so your holiday gaming shopping spree is safer than it ever was before.

Crosmando: Thank gawd it's nearly over... can we get some actual new releases now?
So you bought some games ? Good for you . I'm still fighting with my damn wishlist .
Most of the games I bought weren't ones on my wishlist so it's still about the same size. :D

No I didn't buy anything, as I already own everything I want. Unless you suggest I start buying games I don't want, just because they're cheap.

And no I'm not picky or anything, I own most of the games on GOG, the only things I refuse to touch are just games I know I won't like and will never play.

I just want more classics like Pegasus Prime which is coming in Feb, instead of these never-ending long sales.

So we talking all the classics? Or Indies you own? :D

I'd have to look through my shelf list, there's some older games I don't own because from all indications they're not very good or outright bad games, like the Atlantis games, Master of Orion 3, Daikatana, Deus Ex Invisible War, the UFO games, and some others. But I own most.

I own a great deal of "indies" too, but some of the recent platformer ones (except for Volgarr) I stay away from.

EDIT: Was that your question?

How's that battle comin'?

Hope you are faring better than me. Just checked and I have approximately slightly more than 90 games in my GOG wishlist (and over 50 on my Steam one). I bought a few during the sale (see this post) but the wishlist ls a stubborn one... I think it is trying to overtake my shelves, and from the looks of it (over one third of the way there) it is doing a damn fine job! >.<

I think I shall never see an empty wishlist again, so I have given up trying...

134 :(
So anyone else been spending into your next pay check during the sales? Normally I'm far better with restraint. Somehow the last few weeks however I've totally lost it. Hoping family and friends have some left over christmas food they can donate, or its going to be noodles and water for a while. >.> heh.

wow. im impressed :D
Is Subwar 2050 supposed to be discounted by 60% since the beginning or is this a mistake? Because every other game not in a special deal has just a 50% discount.

Not true, some have other discounts. I got Lionheat: Legacy of the Crusader with 60% discount
