I bought a copy of Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus today from CD Keys. However, I am unable to install the game. The game shows up on the website in my collection as well as my order history. However, on Galaxy it doesn't. I tried reinstalling the launcher and logging out. When I click on the 1 mb exe file that will launch the game page on the, there's no option to install. The only option is the offline installer, which seems like a total hassle. I bought the Deluxe Edition of Wolfenstein 2. I sent a support ticket to GOG this morning but no response as of yet and from what I've read, it seems it might be a week or longer. PLZ help!!!

Given you bought it from an illegitimate reseller I doubt GOG support will help you.
Contact the place you bought it.
Get a refund.
Don't do it again!

The game is like nine bucks if you want the deluxe edition on GOG. Is $9 too expensive for triple-A games from 2017 now?

These answers above are so weird. Yes, OP bought a key from reseller which is not ideal. But what does it change where the key is from when it got activated successfully and problem is clearly with Galaxy only (OP even stated that can access offline installers no problem)? You can't activate a key for broken game, it's a binary situation, you either get valid key or don't

I don't know, maybe I'm ignorant here and Galaxy has mechanism for detecting keys from invalid sources and preventing installation of such game.

Even if OP could install the game properly now, at some point they would create another thread, in which they complain, that their game has suddenly vanished from their account, and in which they would ask about the "how" and "why".

Why can't we tell them of their error, before they possibly repeat it?
What exactly is weird about that?

I predict the following:

"Have you checked if you're logged in with a different account in Galaxy than on the GOG page?"
- "I have only one account."
"Yes, but have you checked?"
- "I only have one account, so it must be the same."
"Yes, but have you checked?"
- "I don't have to check because I know that I only have one account."
... lather, rinse, repeat ...
- "Guys, you won't believe this! I just noticed that I'm logged in with a different account that I created 84 years ago and completely forgot about!"

I'll get the ball rolling: "Have you checked if you're logged in with a different account in Galaxy than on the GOG page?"
