i should have the witcher concert in my library but i cannot seem to find it. I may be mental, but should there be a seperate movies tab, or is it listed under games . thanks

If you're using the website, try hovering the mouse cursor over your username in the top menu -- you should see a section labelled movies. There's also a link in your library page, just after "Games".

i dont have that in the drop down list on gog galaxy on my pc, i can see it in the store, and it says in library, but how to install it?

It might be easier to use the GOG website -- there's no installation involved with regard to the movie. You just have to download it.

EDIT: You might be able to download it using Galaxy, but given that I don't use it, I couldn't give you any further advice in that area. The fact that you only have to download and play it still stands, though.

i dont see that in my list. I have store ....library...community....account name..

in library i kust have windows...mac..linux....games but where is the button to download?

OK -- on the GOG web page you have the menu at the top of the screen. Just after the section labelled "Support" should be a label with your user name.

If you hover over your user name with the mouse cursor, you should get a drop-down menu, and just below "Games" there should be a section labelled "Movies".

If you click on "Movies", then you should get a page showing which movies you own on GOG. You should then be able to click on the Witcher video, and there you should be able to see a section labelled "Download Offline Backup Game Installers", which should have the video files you're looking for.

Please note, the "Installers" bit is something of a misnomer, since you don't have to actually install the video files.
