Grargar: I'd like to be wrong, but I don't think we'll see anything Bethesda during the sale. GOG (and/or Bethesda) would want to release those games in all their screen-hogging glory, which is very difficult to do when the main page is cluttered with discounts in all directions. I'd take it a step further and say that if GOG doesn't release any Bethesda games during the next week, then I doubt they'll release them during this year, as afterwards, there will be the Steam winter sale, which is also another period when GOG goes low profile..
Yeah, that's most likely the case. I know we've had some decent releases during sales but nothing as high profile as the Bethesda stuff would be. So it's likely to be next year at this rate.

adaliabooks: I doubt that would stop them releasing anything else, it looks nice but I didn't think it was a huge deal...

Probably false hope to think we might get some new Bethesda but who knows.

Yeah. Unfortunately what you're saying makes sense :(

2016 has been quite the shitty year for GOG releases (personally I'd say the only exceptions were the X-Com, new EA and Civ releases).
Normally, the end of the year is the period when high-profile games come out but this year, I don't remember any noticeable titles which must come out. So I guess that for the following weeks, we'll have some drought period :(

If they release the new releases in a bundle with a nice discount (since they are basically older titles), I think it will still get a lot of attention here.

Not anywhere as much as GOG/Bethesda would want.

Totally agree. So maybe a new game with a Steam-time (I HATE Steam time!)?

Please not Diluvion! I want that game and it looks interesting enough that I want to see it do well, not get buried in a sale.

And I just picked up Halycon so I'm not sure I'd dive (ha) right in to something else right away.

As I said above, this will be today's release:

As for Diluvion, its release has been delayed for Q1 2017.

This is pretty much obvious. Everyone is waiting for anything more or less unexpected. As always ;-)

You'd be surprised.
They could release Shenzhen I/O. It's already available DRM-free on Humble Store.

Yeah. Probably because I've been following this game lately and nordic announced it's release here I found it obvious :-)

Grargar:
Thanks for the info on both accounts!

I just gifted myself a copy of the Shadowblade Demo just in case it's gone after the full game is released (not sure how demo time frames work or if they're always just here - best to be safe!).
