Crosmando: From what I've read, it's less of an actual D&D game and more like an Action-RPG with skill tree/level scaling. It only uses dnd rules in a very superficial sense. Go read the reviews or steam forum.

Many people are (rightfully) quite angry because the game had DUNGEONS & DRAGONS all over the place in every trailer/advertisement, yet the gameplay has little in common with the current 5th edition of D&D, or apparently any edition of D&D at all.
Hmm that sounds bad... I'll check that :) thx for the explanations

i guess this is the announcement Outstar was excited about.

I think it will just be Rebel Galaxy today, and that GOG has to wait until the Steam time to release it. A bit disappointing if true but we'll live. :)

Hm, Rebel Galaxy has a price tag and can be bought, so it`s technically already released. Normally GoG would anounce that on the frontpage. They didn`t anounce it yet, so it looks as if there is more to come today and they want to anounce those things together at the same time.

Still nothing on the frontpage. Makes me nervous!

Rebel Galaxy disappeared from the new section and reappeared in the soon section gain, although it says that the release date is today. Weird!

Steam page states release is in approximately 2 hours. GOG staff is probably setting things behind screens as we speak.

Rebel Galaxy probably wants a universal release with Steam. Check back in slightly over 2 hours (10 AM PT).
