But now I'm thinking... Starfighter: I have this game on the ps2 for almost 8 or 9 years and just played it once or twice.
Is it me? I know it's a good one. But Jedi Starfighter was cooler, right?

I've had it on disc for 2 years and haven't installed it. As it is I'm scraping together my pennies for the one or two titles from the 1st batch I haven't snagged. Starfighter will have to wait.

Of course what are we looking at, this summer or this winter, and we'll have a world wide deluge of games based around all the Episode 7 ships.

Starfighter: I'm reading that the Ps2 version is supposed to be the best one. I'll try that asap.
And regarding ep. VII games, dunno what to say. Just gimme some drm-free ones, please. :)

In my ongoing quest to crush as many hopes and dreams possible, I have asked that we delay any and all awesome games indefinitely since it's soooo obvious none of you can actually appreciate them.

tl;dr these games are too good for you.

Ah that answers why there were only Star Wars games and none of the awesome adventures in the LucasArts releases this year :P
