I do not know about these new fangled games with so many colours. How about a classic with just 2-4 colours?

The lowest graphic quality I can accept now is EGA.
My first PC came with monochrome video card and monitor, and I did play a lot of games on it.
But you know, it is end of 2018 now.
I doubt how many GOG users will really want to play CGA games.

And in my humble opinion, many old games looks better on monochrome than CGA.
Monochrome video card at that era have higher resolution, and black and white dithering pictures are not really bad.

Today we got something very colourful :-)

I did not really want those games with only two colours.

Agree that monochrome was better than the early colour monitors but but it felt wrong with anything that was supposed to be in colour, the best for text though.

You're right, but you're a little late: you see, gog's been that way since before the page redesign. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that it was going on for so long that they sort of designed it around the idea.

Well, I was over a year not here, and when I was here before, GoG didn`t have so much sales going on and definitely they didn`t have about three or four sales at the same time!

Fair enough. They did weekly and weekend sales, and they were doing "daily deals" on top of all of it. What you find, though, is like all sales, it's always the usual suspects, so the companies seem to have written the games off as their "normal price" is just there so you buy it at a "discount" (proper price) on sale.
