JediLoop: Why do I have a strange feeling, that Settlers weren't meant to be released today? There isn't a newspost for this game... Also, Omerta was released today. It would mean we have 3 games released one day - this isn't something that GOG does often.
You could be right. We'll just have to wait and see what happens.

EDIT: Both game cards are online!

So do most people believe tomorrow will bring Omikron: The Nomad Soul? It seems possible since we have Squeenix here, but then again TET may be toying with us. :P I hope they sorted out all the technical issues quite well.

I've yet to hear from anyone that really loves Omikron and to be honest I found the demo boring as hell. Am I missing something here?

Man, that game sucked me right in. Though I actually thought the gameplay elements were kind of weak; the atmosphere (at the time, 2000-ish I think) was really awesome though.

Me too! That is, until the day I ran around for a (literal) hour trying to find a savegame "gem" (or whatever it was called) so I could save/quit for the day, couldn't find a single one, and rage-quit the game and never looked back.

But seriously, it was quite immersive I thought, until the game hated me and didn't want me to play it anymore. I loved the premise, jumping from char to char, the promise of seeing a David Bowie concert (never did). Maybe if the price is right from GOG I'd give it another go.

I loved everything in that game... except the FPS part that was not bad but not good either, and the final boss that I found too difficult to beat.
