Its actually 7, you can buy the sountrack, artbook, and three day 1 DLC all separately! Yay!

Actually, on the Steam forums for the question: " GOG release ? Any chance?" the developer says: "I'd say that looks pretty likely. We've actually been in contact with those guys and they seemed to be all for it once the game is finished. So yeah. Outlook is pretty good."
And The Dream Machine still needs to be made into a full game release for this store, whereas in Steam they will release only chapter six today (the last one).

I was hoping for <span class="bold">Old Man's Journey</span>, but it's already out, so it won't happen. It'll apparently be drm-free on humble, so at least there's that.
So other potentially nice releases for today that we might miss on GOG:

The release today of Beholder: Blissful Sleep would also be great timing to release both the original game and the DLC:
