Guys, I bet you have hundreds or even thousands of games in your backlogs, go play something while you wait damn it
That theory has been debunked before in that different things appeal to different people/ some people keep their back logs tidy and have higher standards ect.

So you mean to tell me that you have a tidy backlog with hardly any games on it and you take games off your backlog because your tastes or standards have changed or that you only buy one or 2 games at a time and finish them 1st?

Yep, buy a game, play it, finish it. Check if a game is good though lets plays/ demo before buying it.

These are placebos. Frustration purchases which should at least give whiff example of the satisfaction we would imagine to have when we buy the games we actually wait for :P

Damn I envy you, I used to do that back in my PS, Dreamcast and Gamecube days, finished almost everything I bought. I think digital stores have ruined me. As for the rest of us we have a game buying addiction, a condition called consumer therapy

Dunno how accurate my guess will be, but it seems that today's release will be Imperium Galactica II, if I'm understanding THQ Nordic's site correctly. Should be coming in about 9 minutes.

THQ Nordic is really on a roll in 2017. Last week we got Tachyon, now Imperium Galactica II. They showed their commitment to GOG and its customers in 2016 and continue doing so.

I am so happy one of my favorite games just got released.

It's not even the dusty old Imperium Galactica II - it's been overhauled for modern systems. And it has a Linux version. You're right, THQ Nordic is pampering us *showers them with money*.
