I get ban at forums.cdprojektred.com from moderator, who dictate his own rules of discussion.
Can someone give me advise where I can write report.
I used form "Contact Us" at ban page.
But I'm not sure if that is correct form.

They're probably going to give a piece of their mind, but I'm not sure they can spare it.

trynoval: snip
You probably can't. I'm guessing you were new there at the time this happened and have a better view of how they should run things? :P

Randalator: Is this going to be one of those Free Speech things...?
Probably not because freedom of speech does not grant people exceptional powers to force people to hear what they have to say. Freedom of speech grants people the right to for example set up their own website in their country and say whatever they want within what is protected as free speech. It does not grant them special rights to say whatever they want to say on web properties owned by other people however. The owner of a website as full authority and rights to delete any and all content from their website that they wish, pretty much without restriction by simply being the owner of the website. A lot of people don't understand this concept and confuse censorship on a private website with being a violation of their right to free speech. It isn't, they still have the right to free speech, but people have the right to not listen also.

(just saying this in a generic sense, not tied to the original poster or context of his post)

I think a shorter description is

Freedom of Speech only protect you from the government, not private company and other people.

As someone I know once put it: "Freedom of Speech concerns the relationship between citizen and state, not moron and internet." :D

Indeed. And since Project Red isn't part of the government, they can choose to censor or do anything they want (in theory); However often most companies won't do anything unless Terms of Service (ToS) were broken in the first place.
