I want to play but the movie I have in mind is not available in those streaming sites. It was so low budget that it had to use/borrow a lot of scenes from other movies just to complete the film. When I mean borrow, I mean they took scenes from other famous action flicks and edited it into their own movie. I saw it a very long time ago and I thought that I only imagined it. After hours of searching, a movie forum community confirmed that such a movie exists. They even sent me the IMDB link. That was a relief because I was losing my mind over it. I really though I was losing it.
