Anyway, time for a new game. A game that I feel had plenty of good ideas, but the execution was a bit lacking. I would not mind seeing the devs giving it another go

That is correct! I was a bit worried that this game would be too obscure.

Looks like it is a time for a hint:

Of course it is a wargame - indie production, developed by ONE person (from rather colder region of Europe) since 2008.
And btw, this is a brilliant piece of software, stable, detailed, simply splendid.
