I have no idea what it's called, but I'm almost certain I played it while I was at Uni... Some kind of Star Trek/Star Fleet Battles game clearly.

Definately looks like a Trek game, never played any of those. Though as far as I know most of the Trek games were ASCII, and then EGA, not sure I know any B&W games, but it sure looks like the enterprise.
Those trek games were all over the place if you got hold of some of the old PD disks it'd have a bunch of trek games.

But so heavily based on universe it's almost blatant rip-off ;)
