Hmm, given the image's 1920x1080 resolution without seeming like it's stretched, I'm going to lean more towards an indie retro game rather than a classic game. Don't know which one though, but the native pre-scaled resolution might point the way.

Edit: Nevermind, 384x216 seems like a too common indie game native resolution.

Edit 2: Oh, I actually found it! I went last though, so going to give others 2-3 days to find it too.
