Just a long and dark shot but the graphics makes me wonder if its Cities Skyline 2 onboard view. I played a ton of the first game and is not that diferent, although no people on the streets seems a bit off.

I'm a lot more confused about the teal line in what seems to be some sort of minimap/indicator bottom left. The jump gauge might as well be some sort of "skip" button as far as I'm concerned but if bottom left is supposed to display some sort of route, then why is it only "behind" the middle and not ahead?

Maybe it's displaying how you've been driving vs your opponent (or ghost bus) who seems a lot ahead. Though then it wouldn't make sense for both lines to be the same color.
