The pixel art seems very similar to Terraria and Vagante. I did a google search but was unable to find the game in a timely manner.

Nope.

Cropped pics seem to be pretty common in this game. I think showing a full sceenshot straight off the bat might be a bit too easy. We'll get there though, if no-one gets it.

Nope. This isn't a fully underwater game like Aquaria, the screenshot just happens to be of an underwater area.
