KetobaK: Ultima?
avatar
osm: There are about 10 Ultimas, spanning from the 80s to 99.

That is, not counting the off-shoots.
It's green, so I think is Ultima VII, final answer :P
avatar
KetobaK: Ultima? I mean, one Ultima game, remember to see one mouse pointer like that but I don't remember well where
avatar
osm: Are you going thru all the ultimas now??
It makes no sense now. Mea culpa not thinking the cursor will give it away so easily.

Leave it, you won)) Your turn.
Okey, let's see if this is a challenge

Looks like an earlier build of Warframe

2021AD: I still own the cd-rom of this game:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magic_and_Mayhem

I just bought it in 1998 or 1999 just because I knew the author was him

Lone_Scout: Oooh! "Duelo de Hechiceros"... I really loved that game. And I only found out recently that it was made by Julian Gollop, I didn't even know for many years. :)
Of course the game was good. Somehow was a modern version of CHAOS in realtime.

Just curious the characters on the cinematics were looking like some kind of puppets as far as I remember.

lwcasss: Damn, I underestimated you guys, never knew people would guess Lords of Midnight that easily, it didn't give me the impression that it was a very well known game.
The game was popular in Europe. The author Mike Singleton is well known or at least that I think. I didn't play the game but I remember the Spectrum version on magazines.

There's also the fact that the screenshot had some easily google names.

Ohhh Warframe, what a really nice game, but no, it's not in this case, give it another try!
The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay? If not time for a new hint?

No, that's the third strike, time for a new clue!
I think this will be quite obvious but I don't have too many screen captures of this game :/

Hard Reset? If the enemies hadn't been visible, it wouldn't have been such a giveaway but I also remember the billboard :P

Now that I know the game, I think the first screenshot is from the giant grinder area from one of the DLC levels but cropped just enough so that I couldn't recognize it at first.
