It's a dead arena shooter from around the middle of last decade. Can be bought on Steam for very cheap if you just want to play with bots. Master servers are down and setting up your own servers doesn't work without them, but supposedly some people managed to get a discord server running to play the game or whatever, not sure how that works.

Sounds like a good example of why DRM and reliance on remote servers for MP games is a very bad thing.
