This is either a Chinese or Japanese indie game (based on the publisher's name being in characters that google translate translates as either "Magic Workshop" from Chinese or "Magician" from Japanese, though even these might be incorrect as Google also says "did you mean?" at least when detecting Chinese). It's published on Steam by a company that's known for publishing cheap and badly translated (potentially google-translated) Chinese and Japanese indie games.

Previous game confirmed - Successor of the Moon it is. Fun little metroidvania, though all bosses can be jump-attack-button-mashed even on hardest difficulty.
