No it isn't Bloodborne (but with that outfit I couldn't name the file any other way).
I confess that I did consider a sneaky plan to actually name it with a proper name ;-).

No and no.
A little hint and another screen. The character on the screen you see is voiced by an actor who also provided a voice in another (unrelated) game - there he was advising the player on running a dungeon.

This appears to be harder than I expected.
Here is the last not obvious screenshot - actual gameplay, just with the protagonist conveniently hiding behind a pillar.
Hint: it is a game in a very popular and longstanding franchise.

I am pretty sure I have seen those critters in the second screenshot before, but I just can't recall where.
