Hostages from Infogrames, have it on tape for my C64 and on disc on the BBC Micro. Great game, wonder if Rainbow Six got some inspiration from this.

I was going to guess Alcatraz for the matching colour palette, all backgrounds are completely grey. I never played Hostages, but speaking of inspiration, I found this quote on Wikipedia for Alcatraz:

Amiga Computing: "as a whole, Alcatraz is an improvement on Hostages"

What a coincidence :)

Not Leisure Suit Larry 5 no, but that's the correct time frame for this game.
I think this will be difficult for someone to spot who hasn't played the game. But anyone who has played this game will most likely have stared at this scene for a long time.
