Yes it is. Be aware though that the game is rather clunky. In theory it was supposed to combine HoMM and Warlords series plus a few original ideas but sadly the execution is far from perfect. Far from good too.

At least they succeeded in visual style, i felt HoMM like phantasy coziness.

Not exactly: Originally The Broken Drum, this tavern has been renamed The Mended Drum after a change of ownership and a reconstruction due to a fire chronicled in The Colour of Magic. ;)
