That's right!
I though the same kind of games and also checked transport fever but not the mouse! (the definitive clue!) but I've checked the mouse in other simulation games in vain lol

Looks like a mix between the first sega rally, V-rally and glimerati (Nokia n-gage) but no also looks more indie but with those elements.... seems hard to find
