I can't really confirm anything, but it seems like he only ever answers things which can draw up a reverse image search where the name of the game pops right up.

Sadly I only played SH:4 so I'll have to guess.
I'm gonna go with SH:2 because (as far as I heard) I'ts the best part, and the house looks like from the SH town.
